At Willows Home Care, we appreciate that it can be hard to accept personal care of
this kind and those receiving the support may feel uncomfortable or possibly
embarrassed, our carers are very considerate of this. They deliver our personal
care services with sensitivity, and a focus on respecting and maintaining people’s dignity at all times.
The care we provide could be as simple as helping a client to perform their daily
routine in getting up and going to bed. Or it might be making sure that there’s
someone on hand if they’re nervous about showering or being in the bathroom on their own.
