Our Approach to Providing Care

We offer friendly, flexible, and focused support to help people maintain their independence at home and socially, out of the home.

We are a team of dedicated, caring staff who can be family, when family can’t be there. We offer a personalised service with visits at set times with regular carers. We carefully match care assistance to clients, and they will always be introduced before starting the visits.

NurseBuddy

Our Care Management Software allows family members to log in to their private family portal and view real time updates and visit schedules for their loved ones, wherever they are in the world.

Individual Care Plans

Charlotte carries out the care herself for the initial visits, as well as, completing regular spot checks. In this way she gets to know her clients and family, can suggest appropriate times of visits at the right times and ensure sufficient time to complete the tasks safely and to a high standard.
The Care Plans are individually tailored to specific care needs. Charlotte, personally devises and updates the Care Plan regularly and closely liaises with healthcare professionals to keep our clients healthy and safe in their own homes.

• All personal assistants are prudently selected and then approved by you and your family before they start work.
• Small team of dedicated, friendly staff – our carers quickly become more like friends, and you’ll always see a smiling face, even if your regular carer is away.
• Bespoke, personalised care packages tailored to suit each client’s needs.
• The convenience of set arrival times, not vague ‘windows.’ Our carers are all good timekeepers, but we’ll always let you know if anything holds us up.
• Visits are never rushed – we work to minimum half-hour units, with no charge for travelling time. If the carer completes set tasks within their allotted time, they’ll find a useful household job to do. Just decide how many hours you require each day.
• All staff members are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and are trained to work to our Director Charlotte’s own high standards.
• We liaise closely with other care professionals such as district nurses, GP’s and occupational therapists to keep our clients healthy and safe in their own homes.
• Our Care Management Software, Nursebuddy, allows family members/ clients to securely access a private portal where they can view carer visit notes, scheduled visits and regular updates.
• Charlotte can suggest appropriate times of visits at the right times and ensure sufficient time to complete the tasks safely and to a high standard.
• We also offer highly tailored care to meet the needs of our clients with Alzheimer's or Dementia as well as Companionship and Social Support services.
